I'm looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a modern-style residential floor plan. The layout should be for a 1-2 bedroom home.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with modern residential designs
- Strong understanding of space optimization
- Proficiency in floor plan design software

Area & Personal requirements:
- Dimensions 19X35 Ft
- West Facing
- G+3+Modern Terrace
- Ground Floor should have only one car parking, bedroom, living room, bathroom and utility space.
- Two Staircases: One internal that leads to first floor only and the external to all the floors.
- From first floor, all floors should have 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 study room, balcony, bathroom and utility space
- From 1st Floor the dimensions should increase to 22 X 35. 2 Feet increase on the North Side and 1 feet on the South Side.
