Modern Residential Architecture Blueprint

I’m preparing to build a modern-style home and need a skilled architect who can translate my vision into clear, build-ready plans. The house must embrace a clean, contemporary aesthetic and center on an open floor plan that flows naturally from one space to the next.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Conceptual layout and massing studies that capture the modern look and prioritize open, connected living areas.
• Scaled architectural drawings—including floor plans, elevations, and sections—detailed enough for permitting and contractor pricing.
• At least one exterior 3D visualization so I can review façade proportions and material choices before finalizing.

While the core requirement is a seamless open layout, I’m open to exploring eco-friendly or smart-home touches if they fit comfortably within the design.
