Modern Residential 3D Renders

I have a set of complete architectural drawings for a residential project and would like to transform them into striking, photo-realistic exterior visuals. The goal is twofold: refine the façade design so it feels unmistakably modern and then present it through high-quality renders that highlight brick-and-metal finishes, balanced daylight, and thoughtful landscaping.

Here’s what I will hand over the moment we start: PDFs of plans and elevations, reference photographs that capture the mood I’m after, and a concise list of material palettes. Using these, I need you to model (or remodel) the exterior, apply realistic textures, set up natural daylight and camera angles, and deliver polished daytime renders that can stand alongside any professional architectural presentation.

Communication is important to me, so I’ll be available for quick feedback rounds. Attention to detail—clean edges, true-to-life materials, realistic vegetation, and subtle reflections on metal surfaces—will be the deciding factor for approval. Common tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, Lumion or Enscape are all acceptable; use whatever you’re most efficient with as long as the final images are crisp, well-lit, and high resolution.

Deliverables

• At least three 4K daytime renders from agreed viewpoints
• One editable scene so future tweaks remain possible
