Modern Residential 3D Design

I need a complete 3D architectural package for a modern-style residence, covering both the exterior massing and every interior space. I already have the rough floor plan and key dimensions; what I lack is a set of photorealistic visuals and working 3D files that will let my builder, interior contractor, and landscape team see exactly what we are aiming for.

Scope
• Exterior: façade materials, lighting concept, landscaping elements, and contextual views from street level.
• Interior: room-by-room modeling with furniture, finishes, and accurate lighting so I can approve colours and textures before we order.

Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders (day & night) of all major angles
• A navigable 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) with organised layers
• Native files plus exported OBJ/FBX for my VR consultant
• Optional—short camera walkthrough if it can be produced quickly from the same model

Acceptance Criteria
• Style must clearly read as modern: clean lines, minimal ornamentation, large glazing panels, neutral palette with accent materials
• Model aligns with my supplied floor plan within ±2 cm
• Renders show physically-based lighting; no over-exposed “white box” looks
