Modern Pub 3D Renderings

I need photorealistic still images that capture a modern, upscale pub with an integrated dining area. The space is already designed; what’s missing are high-quality visuals that will convey the concept to investors and help finalize finish selections.

I will provide floor plans, reference photos, exact furniture specifications, and a materials palette. Using that information, I expect fully lit, textured, and post-processed renders that look true to life and highlight the premium feel of the design—think sleek surfaces, sophisticated lighting, and a warm yet contemporary atmosphere.

Deliverables
• 4–6 high-resolution (4K) JPEG or PNG images showing key viewpoints: main bar, dining zone, entrance perspective, and one hero shot capturing the full ambience.
• One round of minor revisions to tweak materials, colors, or camera angles.

All work should be done in a professional 3D package (3ds Max, Blender, or similar) with V-Ray/Cycles/Corona-quality output. I’ll need both the final images and the original scene file so my team can archive the project.
