I have a complete floor plan with precise measurements ready to share and I’d like you to turn it into a fully developed interior concept for every zone of the apartment—living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, baths, plus any transition spaces that deserve attention. The brief is modern in spirit, anchored in neutral tones, yet the finishes, lighting, and furniture should read unmistakably luxury rather than minimal or purely functional.

What I need from you:
• Concept development and space planning based on the drawings I supply . I need 2D render also
• High-quality, photorealistic renders from multiple angles for each room, suitable for client presentation
• Source files in the native software you use (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or a comparable tool) along with exported images
• A short note on materials, key furniture pieces, and lighting so my contractor can cost everything correctly
