Modern Kitchen Cabinet 3D Drafting

I need a detailed 3-dimensional draft of a set of modern kitchen cabinets that will eventually guide my fabricator and installer. The space has already been measured; what I’m missing is an accurate digital model showing every unit, panel, hinge line, and clearance so I can verify fit and aesthetics before we order materials.

Scope
• Translate my hand-sketched layout and dimensions (PDF and photos provided after award) into a clean 3D model.
• Apply a contemporary style: flat fronts, minimal reveal, full-height pantry towers, and an island with integrated seating.
• Include realistic textures for matte white fronts and warm wood accents so I can show stakeholders photorealistic stills.
• Generate plan, elevation, and section views that call out overall and component-level dimensions.

Deliverables
1. Native 3D file in either SketchUp, Revit, or SolidWorks—whichever you work fastest in.
2. Exported IFC or DWG for my architect.
3. Three high-resolution renders (front, perspective, bird’s-eye).
4. A labelled PDF sheet set (A3) with dimensions.

Acceptance
The model should align within ±2 mm of the supplied measurements, cabinets must open without collision in the animation, and all files must load error-free on my end.
