I'm looking for a professional lighting designer to create a comprehensive lighting plan for new, in construction 5500 sqft lake side house with lots of view windows. The design should align with a modern but not ultra modern aesthetic. We have full house plans and are currently laying the foundation. Opportunity to define location of all ceiling, wall and floor points.

Areas to cover:
- Living room and dining area
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Kitchen and hallways
