Modern House Architecture Plan

I’m ready to move from sketches to a fully thought-through architectural concept for my new modern home. The look and feel should be clean-lined and contemporary, yet still warm and livable.

Key spaces I must see woven seamlessly into the layout are:
• an open-plan living / dining / kitchen core that connects visually and functionally
• a quiet, light-filled private office positioned for focus and privacy
• a rooftop terrace that makes the most of outdoor views and doubles as an entertaining zone

In addition, I’d like an efficient home gym integrated without compromising the overall flow. If you have creative ideas for blending other lifestyle features—perhaps a discreet media nook or an indoor-outdoor transition—feel free to suggest them as long as they support the modern aesthetic.

What I need from you: a set of scaled floor plans and elevations, plus 3D visualizations or renders that clearly communicate spatial relationships, materials and lighting. A short written rationale explaining design decisions will help me understand how the concept meets my priorities. I use AutoCAD and SketchUp for review, so files should be compatible.
