Modern House 3D AutoCAD Design

I’m planning a new residential build and need a full 3D AutoCAD model that captures a clean, modern aesthetic throughout the entire home. The focus areas include:

• Living room and kitchen – I want an open-concept feel with accurate furniture placement and lighting.
• Bedrooms and bathrooms – each room should be laid out to scale, showing cabinetry, fixtures, and suggested finishes.
• Outdoor spaces and landscape – please integrate the patio, garden beds, and any grade changes so we can visualise flow from interior to exterior.

You’ll start from my basic sketches and room dimensions, translate them into a detailed .dwg model, then generate high-resolution renders (static images plus a simple walkthrough if possible) so I can review proportions, materials, and sight-lines before construction begins. All geometry must be clean, layered logically, and ready for my contractor’s team to pull measurements straight from the file.

Deliverables
• Native AutoCAD 3D file (.dwg) with organised layers
• At least six rendered stills covering the spaces listed above
• A short fly-through video or turntable animation (optional but preferred)
• PDF sheets of floor plans, elevations, and key sections extracted from the model
