Modern Home Interior Design Project

I’m refreshing my residence and want a cohesive modern look across the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I already have floor plans and basic measurements; what I still need is a complete design package—concepts, visuals, and specifications—that I can hand directly to contractors.

The aesthetic should lean contemporary: clean lines, a neutral base with strategic colour accents, practical storage, and integrated lighting that highlights architectural features. While each room must feel unique, the overall palette, materials, and furniture language should flow naturally from one space to the next.

Deliverables
• Mood board and colour palette for each room
• Two or three layout options per room with furniture placement
• High-resolution 3-D renders (minimum two angles per space)
• Itemised shopping list with brands, SKUs, and price ranges available locally
• Annotated drawings for contractors, including lighting plan, wall elevations, and material schedule

Acceptance criteria: files supplied in PDF and an editable format such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar; dimensions match the provided plans; selections stay within a mid-range materials budget.

I’ll share photos, exact measurements, and inspiration images as soon as we start. A two-week turnaround would be ideal, though I’m open to a brief extension if that ensures quality. Let’s craft a modern, welcoming home together.
