I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create a modern single-family home for me. The design should prominently feature large windows and include 3 bedrooms. The house site is on a narrow mountain ridge with views on both sides.
Key requirements are:

I am looking for a similar plan to that attached. Except remove garage to below the house. The garage would be under the kitchen/dining room area. The rest of the house would be on a slab or crawlspace. reduce house size to two bedrooms would be on second floor and primary bedroom on first floor.
