Modern Granny Flat Visualization

I need a set of 3-D visuals that convincingly sell a modern-style granny flat concept. The hero piece is a polished exterior rendering that shows the building’s proportions, finishes and landscaping at a glance. Alongside that, I want a realistic floor plan that clearly labels the living, bedroom and kitchen zones so viewers instantly grasp the interior layout.

My priorities are:

• Contemporary look and materials consistent with modern residential trends
• Accurate scaling suitable for council submission and client presentation
• Natural lighting, realistic textures and a warm colour palette that feels lived-in

Deliverables
1. High-resolution exterior render (JPEG/PNG) suitable for A3 print and web
2. Coloured, dimensioned floor plan in both image and PDF formats
3. Source model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) so I can request tweaks if needed

Acceptance criteria: geometry aligns with provided measurements, textures render cleanly at print size, and the floor plan mirrors the 3-D layout without discrepancies.

If you have questions about finishes, fixtures or file formats, let me know early so we keep revisions minimal. Looking forward to seeing how you bring this modern granny flat to life.
