Modern Exterior Color Palette required, need a 10min meeting

I have a modern-style home whose exterior is not finished entirely with paint rather than brick, wood, or stucco accents. I’m ready to refresh the façade and need a thoughtfully balanced color scheme that feels current, complements the architecture, and will still look sharp for years.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A primary body color, one secondary / trim tone, and an optional accent shade (e.g., front door or feature wall) presented in a clear, professional palette.
• Digital swatches with exact manufacturer codes (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or a well-known global brand) so I can purchase the paint locally without guesswork.
• A brief rationale (one or two paragraphs) that explains how the colors interact with light and why they suit a modern aesthetic.
• A simple elevation mock-up or overlay on a photo of the house so I can visualize the result before committing.

Acceptable delivery formats: PDF for the palette and notes, plus PNG/JPEG for any mock-ups. If you prefer working in SketchUp, Photoshop, or another design tool, that’s fine—just export the final images to common viewable files.

Once I receive the palette, I’ll review and request up to two minor tweaks if needed to get it perfect.
