I need a clear, builder-ready 2D floor plan for a small-scale farmhouse that will operate as a commercial Airbnb. The look must be unmistakably modern, and the layout has to maximise rental appeal while staying practical to construct.
Key spaces I want to see worked into the design are:
• An airy, open-plan kitchen and living area that feels welcoming as soon as guests walk in.
• Multiple bedrooms laid out for privacy and easy access to shared bathrooms.
• An outdoor lounging zone that flows naturally from the interior, encouraging guests to spend time outside.
Please deliver a dimensioned 2D plan (PDF and editable DWG or equivalent) showing walls, windows, doors, basic furniture placement and clear room labels.
