Modern ABS Cat Water Fountain

I need a fresh, modern concept for a cat drinking fountain that will be produced in durable ABS. The design must incorporate both LED lighting for nighttime visibility and a truly silent pump so it can stay in living areas without disturbance.

Scope of work
• Develop an eye-catching yet practical form factor that suits contemporary interiors.
• Engineer water flow paths that keep the pump submerged, minimise splashing, and make filter replacement easy.
• Integrate soft LED accents in a way that avoids glare in the cat’s eyes and keeps wiring hidden.
• Select or specify a low-noise, low-voltage pump placement and any required damping mounts.
• Consider ease of cleaning: parts should separate quickly and be dishwasher-safe where possible.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD files (STEP or similar) of the full assembly.
• Exploded views and basic manufacturing drawings highlighting wall thickness, snap-fits, and gasket areas for the ABS housing.
• Renders that visualise the LED glow in a typical room setting.
• A short PDF explaining materials, pump specs, LED component list, and cleaning instructions.
