I’m ready to transform a 4000 m² outdoor space into a calm, modern retreat and I need a complete landscape design package that I can hand straight to contractors. The garden’s main role will be relaxation and leisure, so every line on your drawing should invite quiet downtime—no clutter, no fuss, just clean, minimalist balance.

Here is what the plan must accommodate:
• A simple water feature—either a sleek pond or fountain—that serves as a focal point without overwhelming the space.
• A covered seating area or compact gazebo positioned for afternoon shade and easy circulation.
• Low-maintenance walking paths that weave through planting pockets, guiding movement without breaking the minimalist aesthetic.
• A small fire-pit zone for evening ambience.
• Planting, rockery, and well-defined borders that stay true to a modern palette: think architectural grasses, sculptural shrubs, and strategic lighting rather than dense cottage-style beds.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Scaled master plan (PDF and editable CAD preferred) with dimensions, materials, and levels.
• Planting schedule listing species, pot sizes, and quantities.
