I already have a basic 3D model of a residential project—a main villa plus several apartments—but the current interior work feels unfinished. I need the entire space refreshed and detailed in a clean, modern style.
The scope covers every key room across the villa and each apartment: living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and any adjoining circulation zones. I can provide the existing model files, reference photos, and a rough furniture schedule; your task is to refine geometry where needed, apply realistic materials, balance the lighting, and stage the rooms so the visuals look ready for presentation.
Final deliverables I expect:
• The updated, fully-textured 3D file in the native software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender are all fine as long as I can reopen it). and PDF
• High-resolution still renders that capture each space from multiple angles.
• A brief fly-through or turntable animation is a plus but not mandatory—let me know if you can include it.
Accuracy to my modern aesthetic and efficient use of poly count are important because the model will eventually feed into a real-time walkthrough. Let me know your typical turnaround time and which software and render engine you prefer so we can coordinate file transfers smoothly.
