I have just taken possession of a 3-bedroom apartment in Bangalore and want every space—living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen—to reflect a cohesive Modern aesthetic. I’m after a clean, contemporary look that still feels warm and livable, so material and colour recommendations need to balance sleek lines with a welcoming feel.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A concept board that sets the overall Modern theme, including colour palettes, textures, lighting ideas and key furniture pieces.
• Detailed 3D visualisations for the living area, three bedrooms and kitchen so I can approve the layout and finishes before any work begins.
• Working drawings with measurements, electrical points and carpentry details that my contractor can follow without confusion.
• A curated list of materials, fittings and furniture available locally in Bangalore (or easily sourced online in India) that match the renders and stay within a realistic mid-range budget.
• Site-specific guidance once execution starts—two or three on-site visits or virtual walkthroughs to make sure what’s built matches the approved design.

Key tools you’re comfortable with—SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar—should be mentioned in your proposal along with samples of past Modern residential projects. I’ll handle the contracting and purchasing; your focus will be on design development, documentation and periodic review.
