Modern 2BHK Interior Overhaul

I’m ready to take my 2-bedroom apartment from bare walls to a fully styled, space-smart home and I need a designer who can own the entire journey. The brief is firmly Modern: clean lines, muted palettes, and clever, unobtrusive storage that makes every square foot count.

Scope of work
• Complete concept and working drawings for both bedrooms, living-dining, kitchen passage and balcony, including false ceilings.
• Lighting plan built around profile lights, COB downlights, LED strips, and an adjustable lighting scheme in the living room. Dimmer circuits and scene control should be shown clearly in the electrical drawings.
• Smart storage detailing for the living room TV unit, both wardrobes, and balcony seating/planter areas—no bulky carcasses, I prefer slimline carcass with hydraulic lifts or pocket doors where possible.
• 3D visualisations (static renders or walkthrough) so I can sign off finishes before execution.
• Material and hardware schedule specifying laminate/PU shades, channel brands, drivers, and strip profiles.
• Final deliverables in editable CAD plus high-resolution PDFs.

I usually review drawings in AutoCAD and renders in SketchUp or 3ds Max, so please work in, or export to, those formats.
