Mobile Field Forms PDF Generator

I need a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) that lets my team complete three existing field forms on-site, have room to expand into other forms, stores every submission on our own servers, and instantly turns each form into a polished, client-ready PDF. The entire codebase and all data must remain under my ownership—no third-party clouds or subscription platforms.

Security is non-negotiable. The build and deployment have to align with ISO 27001 controls: encrypted local storage, TLS-protected transfer to our internal network, role-based access, audit logging, and clear backup/restore procedures.

I already have clean PDF layouts ready; your workflow can use any stack you prefer (Flutter, React Native, or native) as long as the finished documents match that professional look. A lightweight web dashboard for user management and data export would be a welcome extra.

The timeline is tight—ASAP—so I’m looking for someone who can show rapid progress and hand over clean, well-documented code.

Deliverables
• iOS & Android app covering the three forms
• Server component on our local infrastructure that stores data and renders PDFs
• Source code with build instructions confirming my sole ownership
• ISO 27001 compliance checklist for build and deployment
• Brief remote hand-over and training session

Acceptance criteria: each form flows end-to-end, generates an accurate branded PDF, and the submission appears in our on-prem database without touching external services.
