vMix GT Designer Specialist Needed – Complete 12-Graphic MMA Broadcast Package
Job description
We are looking for an experienced vMix / GT Title Designer specialist to create a complete professional broadcast graphics package for an MMA promotion.
We already have the visual direction and concept artwork. The required style is premium black and gold, modern, clean and suitable for a professional televised MMA broadcast.
This is not simply a graphic-design job. The finished graphics must be built as functional, reusable vMix GT Designer templates that our production team can operate directly from vMix during live events.
12 graphics required
Round Timer / Fight Bug
Functional countdown timer
Fighter A and Fighter B names
IC logo on far left
BLUE corner indicator immediately left of timer
RED corner indicator immediately right of timer
Editable round number
Timer start/pause/reset functionality from vMix
Universal Lower Third
Fighter name
Record
Country/flag
Team/gym
Also reusable for commentators, referees, coaches, officials, etc.
Fighter Intro / VS Screen
Two replaceable fighter images
Names
Records
Flags/countries
Teams/gyms
Weight class/bout information
Tale of the Tape
Two fighters
Replaceable fighter images
Names/flags
Record
Age
Height
Reach
Weight
Other statistics where required
Winner / Official Result
Reusable for KO, TKO, submission and decision

Replaceable images
Names/records/flags
Weight class
Fight Statistics
Fighter names

Significant strikes
Takedowns
Submission attempts
Control time / other relevant statistics
Manual data entry is acceptable; automatic data integration is NOT required for Version 1
Full Fight Card
Multiple fights displayed
Fighter names
Bout order
Weight classes
Main Event / Co-Main Event designation where applicable
Bout Announcement / Coming Up
Individual fight graphic
Fighter A vs Fighter B
Weight class
Records
Flags
Replaceable fighter images
Replay Graphic / Replay Bumper
Short professional transition into/out of replay
Consistent IC branding
Sponsor / Broadcast Partner Graphic
Replaceable sponsor logos
Suitable for between-fight broadcast use
Multiple sponsor fields if required
Event / Broadcast Information Graphic
Reusable full-screen information graphic for event announcements, schedule information, broadcast messages or similar event information
Technical requirements
All templates must be built on a 1920×1080 Full HD canvas and designed specifically for live operation in vMix.
Event-specific information must be easily editable/replacable through the normal vMix title workflow wherever practical, including fighter names, records, fighter images, flags, gym/team, weight class, statistics, results, method, round, time, judges' scores and sponsor logos.
The underlying visual design should remain consistent across all 12 templates.
The package should use one unified premium black-and-gold Infinite Championship visual system, including consistent typography, gold borders/highlights, angular shapes, panel styling, spacing, proportions and animation language.
We will provide:
Infinite Championship logo
Existing concept/reference artwork
Brand colours
Font direction
MMA broadcast video references
Specific timestamps showing desired animation behaviour and positioning
The concept artwork should be recreated/adapted professionally for GT Designer. We do not require a pixel-for-pixel Photoshop recreation if an effect cannot reasonably be reproduced natively in GT Designer, but the finished package must retain the premium depth and overall visual quality of the supplied references.
We do not want the designs reduced to basic flat black rectangles with simple gold outlines.
Animation
Animations should be professional but don't need to be unnecessarily complicated.
Clean broadcast-style:
Slide-ins
Slide-outs
Fades
Reveals
Subtle transitions
Consistency and reliability during a live broadcast are more important than excessive animation.
Deliverables
The completed project must include:
All 12 working vMix GT Designer templates
Editable GT Designer source/project files
All visual assets created specifically for the package
Functional countdown fight timer
Editable/replacable event-specific fields
1920×1080 implementation
Testing in vMix
Entrance and exit animations
At least one revision round
Files organised clearly for future events
We must be able to use the package for future events without needing the original designer every time we change fighters or event information.
Approval workflow
We would like the Lower Third completed first as the visual-design checkpoint.
Once the black/gold treatment, typography, shapes, depth, proportions and animation style are approved, that visual system can then be applied consistently across the remaining graphics.
When applying
Please send examples of actual vMix / GT Title Designer work you have personally created.
Sports broadcast experience is strongly preferred. MMA, boxing, kickboxing or other combat-sports broadcast experience would be ideal.
Please confirm:
1. Your fixed price for all 12 graphics
2. Delivery time
3. Which version of GT Designer/vMix you use
4. Whether all editable source files are included
5. Whether the fight timer will function directly inside vMix
6. Whether fighter images/logos/flags can be replaced directly through vMix
7. Links/videos showing previous GT Designer work
Please do not apply if you only create static PNG/Photoshop graphics. We specifically require functional vMix GT Designer broadcast templates.
