Mixed Data Entry in Excel

You’ll receive a set of source files—mostly PDF tables and a few handwritten notes—that need to be transcribed into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The content is mixed: text fields such as names, product descriptions, and codes sit alongside pure numbers like quantities and reference IDs.

The task is straightforward data entry. No formulas, analysis, or advanced formatting are required. Every numeric value should remain in Excel’s standard number format so that I can sort, filter, and run future calculations without any extra cleanup.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing all records accurately entered, with text exactly as written and numbers entered as plain values (no currency or percentage symbols).

I will supply a template with the exact column order and a short sample to clarify any ambiguous fields. After you finish, I’ll cross-check the file against the originals for accuracy before releasing final approval. Let me know once you review the sample if anything is unclear or if you foresee timing constraints.
