Mixed Data Entry in Excel

I need all the text and numerical information that currently lives in several Excel and Word files transferred into one clean, consolidated Excel workbook. The end file should:

• Keep the original values exactly as written—no rounding, spelling tweaks, or re-formatting that changes meaning.
• Place each record in its own row, with clear column headers I can filter or pivot.
• Use consistent data types (numbers stored as numbers, dates as dates, and so on).

I will supply the source files, along with a short field-mapping guide so you know which column each piece of data belongs in. Please double-check totals and spellings, flag any ambiguous entries, and leave a comment where something seems off. Accuracy and neat formatting are more important to me than speed, but finishing in a timely manner would be great.
