I have a collection of PDF and Excel documents that need to be turned into a clean, well-structured dataset. Everything will be keyed in manually—no scraping tools or macros—because I want each field double-checked for accuracy.

The files include both text and numbers, so you’ll be alternating between word entries (names, addresses, descriptions) and numeric fields (prices, dates, IDs). I will provide a simple template in Excel/Google Sheets for you to follow; column headings, formats, and validation rules are already set up so you can enter the information straight away.

3. Each row aligns with the correct source document, verified by the file name reference I’ll include.
