I need a clean, text-only logo that captures a minimalist aesthetic using a serif font. The brand name and a short positioning statement will be shared once the project starts; beyond that, the brief is intentionally simple so the typography itself can do the heavy lifting.

The visual direction should feel refined—think generous kerning, balanced line weight, and just enough negative space to make the mark stand out on everything from letterhead to social banners. A subtle tweak to one or two characters for uniqueness is welcome, but I want to avoid icons, symbols, or elaborate flourishes.

Please work in Adobe Illustrator (or an equivalent vector tool) so the final artwork scales flawlessly. A muted, single-color palette is fine for the first pass; we can look at a reversed and grayscale version during refinement. Two or three initial concepts and a couple of revision rounds should be plenty to arrive at the final lock-up.

Deliverables
• Editable vector file (.AI or .SVG)
• High-resolution transparent PNG
• Reversed and grayscale variants
• Simple usage guidelines outlining font name, hex/RGB values, and clear-space rules

If this scope is clear and you have a portfolio that showcases strong typographic work, we can get started right away.
