Minimalist Floor Plan Cleanup

I have four well-developed concept-phase floor plans in AutoCAD that need a fast yet meticulous polish. Your task is to make every line type, thickness, hatch, furniture block and symbol read as one coherent graphic language across all drawings. Once the CAD files are tidy, export them to Illustrator (or an equivalent vector program) for a light wash of colour: warm beige tones for columns, walls and selected floor finishes, plus a very light blue to pick out the spa water areas. The look should stay strictly minimalist—just enough tone to guide the eye without overpowering the plans.

Final PDFs must all plot at the same scale so I can drop them straight into a Keynote slide deck. Because these are already detailed for a concept stage, I expect the bulk of the work to focus on consistency rather than re-design. Timing is tight: I need the finished PDFs and updated DWG/AI files within one working day of hire, ready for presentation.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Uniform line hierarchy, hatches, symbols and furniture placement across all four plans
• Accurate application of the specified beige and light-blue palette to columns, walls, floor finishes and pools only
• Scaled, press-quality PDFs that align perfectly when stacked for comparison

If this workflow is second nature to you and a 24-hour turnaround sounds comfortable, let’s get started today.
