Minimalist Eco Studio SketchUp Model

I have the shell of a small studio already measured and a rough example model ready to share. What I need now is a polished SketchUp file that turns that shell into a clean, modern, eco-friendly workspace.
IMPORTANT: i need this done in 2-3 hours

Layout requirements
• Three open-plan workstations that still feel uncluttered
• A compact meeting room
• Welcoming foyer/reception area
• Combined kitchen and lunch space that encourages casual collaboration
• One bathroom

Design direction
The overall aesthetic is minimalist. Think calm earthy colours paired with furnishings and finishes made from recycled materials—nothing flashy, just warm, sustainable and highly functional. Please incorporate a rooftop solar-panel array; it can be a simple massing element, but it must read clearly as PV panels.

Files & deliverables
1. Editable .skp file built on my provided base measurements
2. Layered model organisation so I can toggle furniture, walls, roof and solar panels separately
3. A few scene tabs that show key viewpoints (entrance, work area, meeting room, kitchen, roof)

Acceptance criteria
• All required spaces fit comfortably within the given footprint; circulation must feel natural
• Colour palette stays within muted earthy tones
• Only recycled-material textures or placeholders are used for furniture and surfaces
• Solar array is correctly positioned for maximum exposure (assume northern hemisphere)

I will supply the existing SketchUp file, dimensions and a reference image as soon as we start. Looking forward to seeing a thoughtful, streamlined concept that I can present directly to my design tutors.
