Minimalist Cookie-Enabled Login Site

I’m looking for a developer who can create a lean, single-page website styled in a clean minimalist theme. The core requirement is an email-based registration and login flow that, once a user authenticates, securely saves the full set of cookies generated during that session to my database for later analysis.

Key points to cover:
• Front-end kept lightweight—plain HTML, CSS, a touch of JavaScript is fine as long as the page remains visually minimal.
• Back-end can be PHP, Node.js or Python; I’m open, as long as you provide clear instructions for local setup and deployment to a standard shared hosting environment.
• On successful login, capture every cookie available to the browser and store it alongside the user’s account record. Please handle encryption at rest so nothing is saved in plain text.
• Include a simple admin view where I can browse users, the cookies collected, and a timestamp of each login.
• Please supply full source code, a short README explaining configuration, and a SQL file (or migration script) for the database schema.
