Minimalist Cap Logo Embroidery Design

I’m commissioning an original logo-style emblem for the front panel of a six-panel cap.
The design will be embroidered in one thread colour, so I’m looking for something clean, bold and minimalist that will translate well into embroidery. Please avoid gradients, very fine lines or tiny details that may get lost when stitched.
The design should have a strong, recognisable silhouette with good spacing and be suitable for a premium streetwear cap.
Once approved, I’ll need:
• A scalable vector file (AI or EPS)
• A digitised embroidery file (DST, PES or EMB) suitable for my manufacturer
• A small PNG mock-up on a cap would be a bonus
I can provide the exact embroidery dimensions and any other production requirements once we start.
I’m looking for someone with previous experience designing embroidered logos/emblems for caps or streetwear, so please include relevant examples in your proposal.
This is a one-design project with a budget of approximately £20. I’m happy to give quick feedback and aim to keep revisions straightforward.
