Minimalist Apartment Layout Drafting

I already hold a clean exterior footprint for a multi-storey building; what I still need is a fully resolved interior layout—one apartment per floor—drawn in AutoCAD. Your task is to translate the footprint into a practical, minimalist plan that includes:

• 1 master bedroom with its own en-suite
• 2 children’s bedrooms
• 1 guest bedroom
• Open-plan kitchen that flows directly into the living-dining space
• Balcony access from the public zone
• A total of 3 bathrooms (counting the master suite)

The rectangle currently shown marks the stair core. Feel free to shift it anywhere along the rear edge of the building if that improves circulation, but please keep it at the back.

Deliverables
1. A DWG (and optional PDF) containing a fully dimensioned 2D floor plan for one typical level.
2. Clear room labels, basic furniture blocks, plumbing fixtures and door swings so the layout can be read at a glance.
3. Layered, editable file that follows standard line-weight conventions.

Acceptance will be based on spatial compliance with the bullet points above, the minimalist aesthetic, and the clarity/usability of the AutoCAD file.
