Minimal SaaS Landing Build

I’m putting together a clean, modern landing page for a UK-style SaaS product and need an expert who can work directly in hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript—no WordPress, no React, no page builders, and definitely no AI-generated templates.

What I already know I want: a bold, conversion-driven hero followed by a concise features section, all wrapped in the sleek, tech-startup aesthetic you see across leading UK SaaS sites. I have a general visual direction in mind and can share a few reference links once we start, but I’m counting on your eye for minimal UI to push it over the line.

Please keep every breakpoint in mind; the layout must feel perfectly native on desktop, tablet and mobile. Backend hooks or Laravel work are out of scope, so focus entirely on front-end structure and polish.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive HTML, CSS and JS files
• Any supporting assets (SVGs, icons, imagery) neatly organised
• Commented code so my team can extend it later

Acceptance criteria
1. Pixel-clean rendering across Chrome, Safari and Edge (latest versions)
2. Lighthouse performance score of 90+ without external optimisation tools
3. No external libraries beyond a lightweight CSS reset unless cleared in advance
4. Final hand-off as a zipped source folder and live preview link
