Migrate 153 WordPress Posts

I am relaunching my site on WordPress and must bring over all 153 existing blog posts from my current WordPress install to the fresh build. The content should remain exactly as-is—no rewriting, no tweaks—while preserving every element that matters for SEO: titles, slugs, categories, tags, featured images, internal links, meta descriptions, alt text and publish dates.

You may use any reliable method you prefer (native WP export/import, All-in-One WP Migration, WP-CLI, etc.), as long as the finished posts appear on the new server with identical formatting and media files fully attached and displaying.

Deliverables
• Complete transfer of 153 posts to the new WordPress site
• Most of the old post does not have images, are only text.
• Verification that each post’s URL structure, metadata and images match the originals
• A short hand-off note describing the steps or plugin used so I can replicate if needed

Acceptance criteria: when I click through every post on the new site, each one mirrors the live version on the old domain pixel-for-pixel and the Yoast/Rank Math preview (or native SEO fields) shows unchanged metadata.
