Middle East Executive Recruiter

I’m looking for an HR professional who lives and works in the Middle East—UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, or a neighbouring country—and whose core strength is recruitment, specifically executive-level hiring. Solid communication skills and a proven record of placing C-suite or senior-management talent are essential.

Key expectations
• Own the full recruitment cycle: talent mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for leadership roles.
• Advise on market salary benchmarks and regional labour regulations.
• Collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders to refine role requirements and build a strong shortlist fast.
