I’m looking for a seasoned HR professional who can take full ownership of sourcing, screening, and presenting strong mid-level candidates. You’ll step in as an extension of my hiring team, manage the entire recruiting cycle, and make sure every shortlist you deliver is both timely and on target.

Here’s what success looks like to me:

• A clear, actionable search strategy for each role.
• 5–8 thoroughly vetted mid-level candidates delivered per position.
• Concise interview notes and fit summaries that help me make quick, confident decisions.
• Transparent progress updates so I always know where things stand.
