I have real estate data from a county in Texas that came in Microsoft Access and Ascii formats with identical information. Both formats are the same. It is tax delinquent properties both vacant land and houses, together. I have another list of vacant land only from the same county. I need the list of vacant properties extracted from the tax delinquent properties and put in readable form for one who is unskilled with programming can read
