I’m moving our email to a brand-new domain under Microsoft 365 and want the entire change-over handled smoothly. The core of the job is email: configuring a fresh Microsoft 365 tenant (or adjusting the current one, if that proves cleaner), wiring up DNS for the new domain, and making sure every mailbox routes flawlessly.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Set the correct DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Autodiscover, etc.) for the new domain so mail reputation and delivery stay solid.
• Create or re-point all mailboxes, aliases, and distribution lists.
• Guide me through—or directly perform—the import of existing email archives into Outlook, ensuring folder structures, flags, and contacts arrive intact.
• Verify Outlook profile connectivity on both desktop and mobile, adjusting autodiscover settings where required.
• Provide a short hand-off document so I can add future users and tweak DNS confidently.
No OneDrive or Teams work is needed right now—just the email side of Microsoft 365. If you’ve completed similar domain moves and can demonstrate a zero-downtime approach, let’s talk.
