Microsoft 365 & Outlook Setup: Fix Calendar Sync, Teams ID & Fireflies.ai Integration

Summary
I am looking for an IT/Microsoft 365 specialist for a quick remote support session tomorrow morning (IST).

I recently upgraded from Microsoft 365 Personal to M365 Business Basic for my custom domain (GoDaddy) and need help configuring my workspace properly:

Key Tasks:
1. Outlook App & Calendar Sync: Configure my custom domain email in the Outlook desktop/mobile app so incoming calendar invites sync and display correctly.
2. Microsoft Teams Setup: Ensure Teams defaults to my professional domain account for scheduling and joining meetings (currently defaulting to a personal Outlook ID).
3. Fireflies.ai Integration: Connect Fireflies.ai to my professional account/calendar to transcribe Zoom and Teams meetings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, DNS records, and Outlook configuration.
- Available for a screen-share/remote session (via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Google Meet) tomorrow during the first half of the day (IST).
