Microsoft 365 Email Account Setup

I need an experienced remote engineer to get our Microsoft 365 mail environment running smoothly. The immediate task is configuring new and existing user accounts in Exchange Online so every mailbox, alias, shared mailbox and distribution list sends and receives without errors.

You’ll check and adjust DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), confirm Autodiscover works in Outlook and mobile clients, and set sensible security defaults to keep spam and spoofing at bay. Right now I’m not looking for ServiceNow or on-prem Active Directory work—just focused, expert help inside the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Deliverables
• All mailboxes fully provisioned and tested
• External email tests show “pass” for SPF, DKIM and DMARC
• Step-by-step notes of the changes you make so I can replicate them later
