Mexico E-Commerce Partnership Needed

Our long-term e-commerce expansion into Mexico requires a knowledgeable, on-the-ground partner who can bridge distance, culture, and time-zone gaps while our core team remains abroad. I will rely on you to coordinate day-to-day operations—everything from securing reliable warehousing space and negotiating last-mile delivery rates, to smoothing customer interactions in Spanish and guiding country-specific marketing efforts.
Platform choice is still open; the current shortlist includes Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce, so familiarity with at least one of these ecosystems is essential. Together we will set phased milestones: an initial operational audit, a pilot fulfilment run, and full roll-out with ongoing optimisation. Clear weekly check-ins, transparent reporting, and a commitment to long-term collaboration are key acceptance criteria. If you already work with trusted courier networks, understand SAT and customs regulations, and have a track record of driving online growth within the Mexican market, you are exactly the partner this project needs.
