## Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider Registration – End-to-End Setup & Documentation

We are a SaaS/software company looking for an experienced Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform specialist who has previously completed **Meta Tech Provider registration** for SaaS platforms or technology companies.

We need someone to take ownership of the process and help us successfully register our company/platform as a **Meta Tech Provider for WhatsApp Business Platform**.

This is **not a consulting-only project**. We are looking for someone who can work with our team, guide us through Meta's requirements, configure the required Meta assets/application, assist with verification and submissions, resolve issues raised by Meta, and continue until the Tech Provider registration is successfully completed.

### Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

* Review our existing website/company/business setup and identify anything required before applying.
* Review or help configure our Meta Business Portfolio.
* Review business verification status and help complete any required verification.
* Create or correctly configure the required Meta Developer App.
* Configure the WhatsApp Business Platform use case.
* Complete the **Meta Tech Provider onboarding process**.
* Configure any required Facebook Login for Business / Embedded Signup settings.
* Identify the permissions, app settings, URLs, policies and business information required by Meta.
* Assist with App Review and/or Access Verification where required.
* Help prepare screenshots, videos, explanations, test credentials or other materials Meta requests during review.
* Respond to or resolve Meta review/rejection issues until registration is successfully completed.
* Verify that the final Meta account/app shows the expected **Tech Provider status**.
* Make sure all assets remain owned by our company and under our Meta Business Portfolio.

### Documentation / Knowledge Transfer

A major requirement of this project is documentation.

After completing the registration, provide a clear step-by-step document explaining:

1. Prerequisites for becoming a Meta Tech Provider.
2. Meta Business Portfolio requirements.
3. Business Verification process.
4. Creating/configuring the Meta App.
5. Adding and configuring WhatsApp Business Platform.
6. Tech Provider onboarding process.
7. Required permissions and app settings.
8. Embedded Signup / Facebook Login for Business configuration where applicable.
9. App Review / Access Verification process.
10. Documents, screenshots, URLs and information Meta typically requests.
11. Common problems/rejections encountered and how they were resolved.
12. How to verify that Tech Provider registration has been successfully completed.
13. What additional steps would be required in the future to progress from **Tech Provider to Tech Partner**, if applicable.

The documentation should be detailed enough that our internal technical team can understand and repeat the process in the future.

### Completion Criteria

The project will only be considered successfully completed when:

* Our company/business has successfully completed the required Meta Tech Provider registration/onboarding.
* The relevant Meta Business/App account clearly reflects the successful Tech Provider status or equivalent confirmation from Meta.
* Required configuration is working correctly.
* All accounts, applications and business assets are owned and controlled by our company.
* Complete step-by-step documentation has been delivered.
* All temporary freelancer access has been handed back/revoked as appropriate.

### Timeline

We understand that Meta review and approval timelines are not completely under the freelancer's control.

The process may take approximately **1, 2, 3 weeks or longer if Meta review requires additional time**.

We are not looking for someone who simply spends a certain number of hours on the application. We are looking for someone who can stay with the process through review, corrections and resubmissions until the agreed successful registration outcome is achieved.

### Payment / Milestone

This will be a **fixed-price, outcome-based project**.

**Milestone: Successful Meta Tech Provider Registration + Documentation — 100%**

The milestone will be released after:

* Tech Provider registration is successfully completed/approved,
* successful status is verified,
* all agreed setup/configuration is completed, and
* final documentation and handover are delivered.

The milestone can be funded at the start of the project, but it will be released only after the agreed completion criteria are satisfied.

### Important

We do **not** want:

* A reseller account presented as our own Tech Provider registration.
* Someone else's Meta Business Manager or Meta App.
* A temporary workaround through an unrelated BSP/provider being represented as successful registration.
* An account or application controlled by the freelancer.
* Consultancy only without completion of the registration process.

The registration, Meta App and related business assets must belong to and remain under **our company's ownership and control**.

### Who Should Apply

Please apply only if you have direct hands-on experience with Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform and preferably have personally completed Tech Provider onboarding previously.

9. Will all Meta assets, applications and configurations be created under our company's accounts rather than accounts owned by you?
