Meta Ads Media Buyer - Native Spanish speaker, based in Latin America (ongoing role)
We are an American supplement and wellness brand. Small company, growing. We need ONE person to run our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
- Native Spanish speaker. Our team works in Spanish and you will be in the daily team chat.
- Based in Latin America. Our meetings are in the evening, Miami time, and we need you reachable during our working day.
- Individual freelancers only. No agencies, no teams, nobody reselling the work. The person who bids must be the same person who runs the account and joins the calls. Agency bids will not be considered.
PAY
USD 500 per month, or USD 125 per week, for ongoing work. This is not a one-off project. On top of that we pay COMMISSION ON RESULTS: if sales grow, you earn more.
THE WORK
- Build, optimise and scale the Meta campaigns
- Decide and justify where the budget goes
- Write the ad briefs: the angle, the hook, the first seconds
- You take part in creating the ads but you do NOT edit. Video and images are produced by our internal team.
RESULTS
We are serious about results and we will ask for them. We have already spent budget on campaigns that were not profitable and we will not repeat that. If we move forward, we will ask you to show us a real ad account you have managed, live on a screen share. Screenshots do not count.
HOW WE WORK
Not Monday to Friday 9 to 5. We are flexible on hours. But we need real availability during the day: answer in the team chat and be there when we need you. We have one or two meetings a week, usually evening Miami time. You do not need to be in all of them, but at least one. Before starting we agree in writing how many hours per week you commit to.
SOMETHING IMPORTANT YOU MUST UNDERSTAND
You need to understand the United States market. A supplement business in your country is NOT the same as one in the US: there are very strict compliance rules about what can and cannot be said. No cure claims, no guaranteed results. This has to be respected from day one.
English is a plus, not a requirement. Spanish matters more than English for this role.
WE ALSO OFFER
Training and courses paid by the company, and support to build your portfolio with real, verifiable results. We are looking for someone long term who grows with the brand.
