I need a proven Meta-Ads specialist to run performance campaigns for my Ayurvedic brand, VedSaathi Herbal. We will be advertising on both Facebook and Instagram with two equal-weight goals: generating genuine WhatsApp enquiries and converting them into sales. Targeting will hinge primarily on location segments; age, gender and other layers can follow once our geo focus is profitable.

To help me select the right partner, please include in your proposal:
• Specific experience with Ayurvedic, herbal or broader healthcare brands.
• Two or three short case studies that highlight lead-generation results.
• Your monthly management fee and the minimum ad budget you’d recommend.
• Clarification on whether you create ad visuals and copy or prefer to work with assets I supply.
• The tracking stack you use to verify and report that every lead is real (e.g., Events Manager, Conversion API, WhatsApp Business API, custom CRMs).
• Confirmation that you’re open to a one-month trial before we commit long-term.

First-month deliverables I expect:
1. Audience and location research, followed by a written media plan.
2. Creative/copy storyboard (or review of my assets) ready for approval within week 1.
3. Campaign build-out inside Ads Manager with all events, UTM tags and WhatsApp click-to-chat properly configured.
4. Mid-month optimisation pass with a brief report on CPL, ROAS and spam-filtering results.
5. End-of-month performance deck summarising spend, verified leads, sales attributed and next-step recommendations.

Looking forward to seeing how you’ll scale VedSaathi Herbal through focused, accountable Meta advertising.
