Meta Ads Expert for Roofing Leads

I run Adcraft Collective. We specialize in client acquisition for residential roofing contractors and exterior specialists across the US and UK.

We’re looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) media buyer and creative designer to build and test high-converting ad campaigns specifically for roofing businesses.

Our core offer to contractors is 3 to 5 confirmed, on-site roof inspection appointments per month, backed by our internal AI voice receptionist and instant SMS follow-up engine. We need someone who knows how to feed that engine with qualified, exclusive homeowner leads (full re-roofs, storm damage, aging shingle/tile replacements—not cheap £50 patch jobs).

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ad Creatives (Design & Copy):
Create 3–4 static graphic ads (Split-screen before/after, local drone callout, price-anchor cards).
Produce 1–2 short 15-second vertical video reels (using client job footage/stock B-roll + clear captions + voiceover).
Write direct, localized ad copy that targets homeowners with roofs 15+ years old.
Meta Lead Forms:
Build high-intent Instant Forms with qualifying questions (property owner status, roof age, full replacement vs. repair).
Campaign Setup & CBO Structure:
Launch clean, localized CBO campaigns (15–25 mile radius around client cities).
Monitor CPL ($35–$55 target), kill underperforming creatives, and scale the winning assets.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: You have previously run Meta ads for roofers, home improvement, or trade contractors in the US or UK.
Portfolio / Past Results: Real screenshots or case studies of roofing campaigns you’ve managed (CPL, CTR, ad creatives used).
Tooling: Familiar with CapCut/Canva/Premiere for quick video edits and Meta Ads Manager inside and out.
