We run Galadima, a progressive-web ERP we built on the MERN stack, and I’m looking for someone who can step in and own the entire engineering workflow. Your first mission is crystal clear: strengthen and expand our RESTful API layer so the platform talks flawlessly to the Freshworks ecosystem while exposing clean endpoints for our own modules.

Immediate priority
The APIs and integrations come first. I need robust, well-tested REST endpoints that connect:
• User management
• Inventory management
• Financial records
• Human Resources Management
• Territory Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Procurement Management

Once the integration layer is solid, you’ll continue shaping the overall application architecture, hardening MongoDB data models, tightening security, writing automated tests, and keeping documentation up to date. Expect to work hands-on with Node.js, Express, React, Redux (or an equivalent state manager), MongoDB, Docker, and GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Freshdesk/Freshsales webhooks and OAuth flows will help you move faster.

What success looks like
1. Each module above exposes CRUD-ready REST endpoints that pass unit and integration tests.
2. Freshworks apps can create, read, update, and delete the corresponding Galadima records without manual intervention.
3. API documentation lives alongside the codebase (Swagger or similar) and is readable by non-developers.
4. CI/CD pipelines run linting, tests, and deployments automatically.
5. Any issue reported by internal users or Freshworks support can be traced, reproduced, and patched within a reasonable SLA you help define.

If you thrive on taking products from “mostly working” to “engineered to last”, let’s talk and get these integrations live.
