MEP & HVAC Estimation for G+16

I have a fully approved, fully coordinated set of MEP drawings and specifications for a new G + 16 residential tower in Dubai. What I need now is an experienced estimator to turn those drawings into a competitive tender package that reflects current UAE market rates.

Scope
You will carry out a complete quantity take-off directly from the approved package, develop a detailed BOQ and break every item down into material, labour and equipment costs. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems are all in scope. Where a detail is missing, please apply practical assumptions, state each one clearly in the BOQ, and price it accordingly.

Deliverables (in editable Excel):
• Comprehensive quantity take-off sheets
• Detailed BOQ with unit-rate analysis
• Material, labour and equipment cost breakdown
• Final tender price summary

The work must reflect Dubai high-rise construction practices and current supplier/contractor pricing. Accuracy and speed are critical, so only bid if you have proven estimation experience on similar UAE projects and can meet a tight deadline.
