Memoir Outline and Sample Chapter Writer

I am looking for an affordable writer to help me organize my overall life story into a memoir. I have personal experiences I want to share, but I need help structuring them into a compelling, meaningful book.
I am not looking to hire someone to write my entire book at this stage. Instead, I would like help getting started and developing a clear plan for my memoir.

Project requirements:
Help me organize my life experiences into a chapter-by-chapter outline.
Help determine the best order for telling my story so that it flows naturally and keeps readers interested.
Suggest chapter titles and briefly describe what each chapter should cover.
Identify important life events, turning points, and themes that could make the memoir more engaging.
Write one or two sample chapters based on the personal stories and information I provide, so I can see how my experiences could be turned into a well-written memoir.

I want the book to feel personal, honest, emotional, and authentic to my voice. I need someone who is patient, communicates well, and is comfortable helping someone who has never written a book before.
