I'd like to engage you on a short piece of work: getting our Claude (Anthropic) setup right for a small team. Brief below.
ABOUT US
Tactica Planning — five people, all of whom have access. We are property development consultants.
CURRENT POSITION
We are paying for 8 memberships.
The problem: we only have 5 people, 3 of which should be on Pro. The other 2 on standard.
WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE
- All five users on the correct plan, properly licensed
- Central billing and administration rather than separate personal subscriptions
- A clear understanding of usage limits and what happens when we hit them
- Confidence in the data-handling and privacy position, given we work on client material
- Ensuring that our plan works as intended with features of having a team in place.
OTHER QUESTIONS I'D LIKE ANSWERED
How do usage limits work per user on our plan, and what are the options if someone runs out mid-month?
How is our data handled — is it used for model training, what retention and privacy settings are available, and what can we reasonably commit to clients?
What is the migration path from our current setup, and does anything get lost in the move (existing conversations, projects, settings)?
Do we need anything beyond the standard chat product — for example API access or developer
tooling — for the way we work?
What ongoing administration will fall to us, and roughly how much time per month should I allow?
How to integrate onto our phones - there seems to be a disconnect between the phone app and desktop app.
SCOPE
I'm after something short and practical: a review of the options, a clear recommendation, and help implementing it. Not a long strategy exercise.
- Timeframe: now
- Budget: per bid
- I'm the decision-maker and would be the account administrator.
Seeking availability, rates, and whether this is the kind of work you nor take on.
