I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of growing my Meesho store, with a sharp focus on two pillars: driving sales through smart marketing and keeping shoppers happy through responsive customer service.
On the marketing side, I want to roll out coordinated social-media campaigns, targeted email sequences, and well-vetted influencer collaborations. Instagram and Twitter will be our primary social channels, so you should be comfortable planning content calendars, running paid ads, and tracking performance in both Meta Business Suite and Twitter Ads Manager. If you have preferred tools for scheduling or design—Canva, Later, Buffer, etc.—feel free to bring them to the table as long as the output is on-brand and data-backed.
For email, I’m currently on a basic setup but open to moving to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any platform you recommend that integrates smoothly with Meesho order data. Expectation is to craft automated flows (welcome, cart follow-up, post-purchase) and monthly campaign blasts, all A/B tested for subject lines and content.
Influencer work will involve identifying micro-creators in our niche, negotiating fair deals, sending them products, tracking coupon codes, and compiling ROI reports.
Equally important is customer service. I need quick, empathetic replies to queries, proactive problem-solving for shipment or return issues, and a simple SOP that I can hand off to additional support reps as the store scales.
Key deliverables:
• 90-day growth roadmap with weekly KPIs
• Social-media content calendar (Instagram & Twitter) for the first month, including ad copy and creative specs
• Email automation setup with three core flows live and tested
• Influencer outreach list with status tracker and projected costs/ROI
• Customer-service SOP covering FAQs, tone of voice, and escalation paths
• Bi-weekly performance report drawn from Meesho analytics and your chosen marketing dashboards
