MedSpa Funding Grant Proposal

I’m seeking a skilled grant writer to secure funding that will let my MedSpa move into a purpose-built facility, develop proprietary patient-management software, and expand our give-back programs for the local community.

You’ll need to:
• Identify public or private grant opportunities that accept for-profit healthcare or community-benefit projects.
• Craft a persuasive narrative that links the new build, software development, and our community service days to measurable social and economic impact.
• Prepare a detailed budget, milestone timeline, and sustainability plan that demonstrate strong ROI and community value.
• Compile all supporting documents—letters of support, executive summary, organizational history, and financial projections—into a submission-ready package.

Experience with healthcare, wellness, or technology grants is preferred, and familiarity with SBA, EDA, or state economic-development programs would be a plus. Final deliverable is a complete, polished grant proposal ready for online or mailed submission, along with a short guide so I can adapt it for future opportunities.

We are willing to pay 10 percent of money that is awarded. I wasn't able to specify this in budget. Example if we are rewarded - $5000.00 we are willing to pay $500.00.
